They are lovely. My neighbour gave me a few bits of roots, they are spreading very fast!

Beautiful! - I would like to try to grow some in my garden, can you tell me what the name is for this cultivar ? There are so many different kinds it is very confusing!, I would love the exact same one that you have pictured above.

It's the species not a cultivar, Jemsye so just Anemone Hupehensis

Thanx for getting back so quick! When I go to google and type in Pink Anemone Hupehensis, tons of pink ones come up like 'sept. charm, bowles pink, pink saucer' etc. which none of them look like this one, so how do i go about finding this particular one?

No idea, I'm afraid. If I could send you a piece you'd be more than welcome but that's a bit illegal to the US . I could try to collect some seed in the autumn - can we send seed to you in the post?

I have no idea if you can send seeds to the US, but just in case you can, I'm going to pm you my address. Because I would love some. I really, really, THANK YOU!! for you kindness in trying to help my me. :))) in the meantime I will continue my search, if I happen to find this particular one - I'll let you know.
