What are you doing with all this lavender? I still have to harvest mine...I'm a little late.

I make herbal tea using the lavender, lemon balm and lime flower. This is so simple and enjoyable to make. I love getting out the large mixing bowls and combining the ingredients. Smells wonderful and feels wonderful.

The result is a pleasant, refreshing fragrant tea, I prefer this first thing in the morning on the patio whilst planning the gardening to be done for the day. Tea with milk is too heavy for me first thing.
