Looks like a variety of Hymenocallis or more commonly known as Spider Lily.

This was plant in my yard when I moved in, so I'm not sure what variety it is. We have some other plants that have identical leaves, but they have a purple trumpet-shaped bloom. So this one was very unexpected!
