I have many in my yard...however, this Plumeria is blooming late this year. It just starting blooming a couple of weeks ago...which is more than month behind its normal schedule.

Ah, you are from HI, that explains your love of the tropicals. I am from WA, so I'm more accustomed to rain loving plants. I love tropicals too, but can't get many of them to survive in our zone 8 climate.
