Hi Patricianne &welcome 2 GOY :) i know what u mean that Gardening /Gardens bring great Joy&Happiness,Id been without a Garden for 7yrs until id moved &its fantastic having a Garden again I love it :) Iv a Greenhouse 2 now so im even growing my own Plants/Flowers :)

Yes gardens should be places to enjoy, to ponder, to potter.

Should not be all hard work ! As you say, they provide great happiness. Looking around the gardens of GoY members proves that very well.

Working in a garden can also help us forget our troubles and come to terms with our sorrows.

Hi Patriciann, i agree with everyone about gardening, i'm not the best gardener in the world, but i really enjoy my garden, & the widlife that visit my garden aswell, like so many of GOY members i have photo's of my cat on my home page, ho a warm welcome to GOY, hope you enjoy being with us all.
