Hi Everyone……Let me re~introduce you all to Milly
We, that is I….call her “sixpence”……I think I was watching “Inn of the sixth Happiness” when she was born, and it just happened and stuck….Anyway, Sixpence is going to be 6 on the 3rd of June, and silly Nana and Grandad are off on holiday, Fishing for a week on Saturday, so we are going to miss it…. So I asked her what she would really love for her birthday from us…… After thinking for a while, she says “Nana…..I would really really love……” A precious piece of pottery"…………I couldnt believe it…….This child is 6…………No High street Musical rubbish for her….No CD player………a piece of pottery……So after whispered conversations with Sue….her Mum, and assurances that something could be kept out of Chloe’s way…..The Tom boy little sis…….I set about looking and this is what I ended up getting
Tasteyg will like this one……..A Betty Boop initial to hang on her bedroom door or where she wants it to be……
Now how cute is that…….Mummy and baby harvest mice, all curled underneath leaves, and can you see the ladybird on the mushroom? He he he ..I think she will love, even if I do think she is too grown up by far…..
So this is being taken accross the road after she goes to bed tonight and hidden away until the 3rd…….Hope she likes it…….. In the meantime We shall be in the middle of Cornwall, so will catch up with you all in a weeks time………..Have a good week everyone…………

Milky i have a small collection of betty Boop items which includes some very tiny dolls cups and saucers circa 1920s will take a photo one day
