Couldn’t walk past these Willow trees with their branches weaving in and out.Deep reflections in the water.
Roath Park
was the first public park in the 1800s boasting a 30 acre lake.
We walked on to the Rose garden past the overspill from the lake .The garden volunteers were busy deadheading.
The ’Lighthouse ’is a memorial to Captain Scott and his crew who
perished in the Antarctic. It was built in 1915 …illuminated at night.
