I hadn’t noticed that ... thanks Julia 🙂 And with Frances Tophill too - she’s great. OH likes her, so maybe he won’t mind watching gardening on his birthday!

Although I thought it might be a new program, it was really an excuse for a repeat

Sorry, folks,I wasn't aware that it would be a repeat. It was cleverly advertised as a new series. Didn't like any of the gardens.Far too contrived, over planted and gimmicky.
Not a patch on Diarmud's garden series.

I missed it, didn't know it was on and didn't see your blog until too late,
but having read the comments it doesn't look as if I've missed much :)
Pity it wasn't a new series, I think they're struggling a bit for programs these days.

I remember seeing this before too,so didn't carry on watching it.I wasn't all that keen on this series.I felt it was too'designer' orientated for the people to care for afterwards.,as I thought some of them would struggle on the maintenance side of the gardens..

Quite agree Bloomer. It's the after maintenance they don't think about.

Oh I missed it but seems as though it doesn't matter, thanks anyway M'land...

Made me laugh when they brought racks and racks of plants out of the van - as we all do!

It was a new program....but it was really a compilation ... I feel the gardens would take a full time gardener to look after them....I would certainly struggle to keep them looking that good...
