I go to a local art group and find it very enjoyable......its not a class we each do our own thing and benefit from the enthusiasm and knowledge of tne group leader and each other

Thank you all for your kind comments. At the moment I don't seem to have much time to paint. The garden seems to have taken over my life! I don't mind because I love my garden & the back ache it gives me. It's all worth while.

Super Marjorie! Lovely paintings. I've thought about doing art groups in the past, but stories I've heard from them (competitiveness, unhelpful criticism etc) have put me right off. I prefer to just guddle along by myself and look at as many works by other people that I can.
