Malvern Spring Show.

I keep meaning to go, will check my diary and distance.

It takes me about an hour to get there, some of the others are travelling about 2 hours !

We're going on the Saturday because there aren't any rush hours to contend with !!!

(on the Sunday a lot of the stocks have sold out)

sorry louise ~ i booked my holiday for the wrong week. im less than an hour away but by saturday i will be in the north west of scotland!!

Two far for me to go, but i'm going to Harlow Carr on the 22nd May, then 18th June i'm going to BBC Gardeners World Show at Birmingham NEC.

I was going but remembered that I am needed at our local Fayre (tea lady) on the same day, but have already got tickets for Gardeners World Sun 19th.

I know Louise we just keep on missing, but am working on going to the Autumn one.....?
Yes Sticki' we went last year, it was brilliant and I walked around all day with a home made GoY sticker on my lapel but nobody spoke to me, :0(( My daughter thought I was mad.!

oh, thats really sad. i will try to go ~ its not far from me. i think we need a badge;

Please do come Sticki' we found that Sun was the best for getting freebies at the end of the day! lol

well done ~ bit of advance knowledge is always good ~ also need to know the shortest queue for refreshments!!

How strange Valadel, I went to the Gardeners World at the NEC and walked about waving a little home made flag with GOY on it - OH wasn`t amused thought I`d lost the plot.
I can`t make up my mind about the Malvern Show at the cost of £18 ea for two of us and petrol money etc. it doesn`t leave a lot to spend on plants.

Yes Stroller we do need an official badge or flag as the case maybe. lol These shows do come at a cost and you cannot go and not spend.

£18 each now!! I remember when you could both get in for that, good old days, super show in lovely setting, hope you all have a good time, will look forward to seeing all the pics.

Worth it though.
The costs are between 14.00 and 29.50, it depends what day you go and whether you're a RHS member or not.

Oh dear, just spoke to my Auntie, we are going to a funeral on Saturday. I was planning on coming.
By the time we go again, I will be an RHS member!!

I've always wanted to go the Malvern show, not too far for us really, but go to Gardeners World Live every year so always think twice, going to Gardeners World on Friday 17th, looking forward to it, last year i thought i should wear a GOY badge, may do this year!
