More goodies have arrived.......

Look what I found behind the wheelie bin when I got home from work…..

They are Heucheras as you can see, `Berry Smoothie`, `Electra` and `Mint Frost`. They are in fantastic condition after being packed really well. I can`t praise the company I bought them from (Plantagogo) enough for the service they provided. They have the whole collection of Heucheras, Heucherellas and a good few Tiarellas too. I`m definitely going to buy from them again so I can add to my collection. Do have a look at their website www.Plantagogo.com, they have so many plants to choose from.

Can anyone help me with this? I`ve been growing what is supposed to be a Butternut Squash. Its labelled as one but the picture of the fruits is nothing like what is growing on it……..

They are supposed to be yellow and elongated like a pear shape but the fruits are round, creamy coloured with green stripes and they are ripe because the stalk is dry and shrivelled…does anyone know what I`ve got please? Whatever it is I hope it will still make a good soup which is why I`m growing them in the first place…:o))

Oooh, lucky you with the Heucheras. Love the Mint Frost. I have Berry Smoothie, and Lime Ricky which is similar to Electra, lovely bright yellowy green. I have quite a few really, I got mine from Plantagogo too.

I can also recommend Plantagogo. The plants I bought at Gardening Scotland are doing very well. Vicky who owns it with her husband Richard is a member of Goy.

Thanks Sandra for the advice about my so-called Butternut squashes, I can only cook them and hope for the best! :o)

Thanks too Scotsgran for your comment, I`ll definitely go back to Plantagogo as I adore Heucheras and and they are the best quality possible. Glad to hear Vicky is a member. :o)

I see you`ve used them too Cinderella. :o)

LOL Terra! Knowing Perry he wouldn`t play with it but would most likely try to eat it, nothing unusual there as he tries to eat just about anything...hahaha! ;o))
