As I am new to this web site-I am very grateful to all you friendly people who have offered advice etc re:walnut trees, fairy rings, suggested shrubs for gaps in borders and roses. I am very impressed.,and will now act upon the advice.
We went up to Columbia Road Market in London today and bought a few old English perenials and got some ideas for shrubs. Good prices but unless you go up by car it’s difficult to bring them home.
Anyone living within easy reach of London should go, it’s amazing-near London Bridge Station.
I hope all that have advised will read this-and I am attempting to attach a phot of the garden plus ring next if only for those who have not seen one before!
