Wildlife camera....discovery.

Since we got our wildlife cameras we have a better understanding how much activity we have around here.
Previously I really did not payed much attention but now I realize we have to be little bit more mindful and careful when we walk around. I used to roam around our forest enjoying its wilderness without any worries.
Than the camera showed this fellow several times quite close to our house’s back entrance. We found out that very often he/she/they came and had a drink at our birdbath….. so it had to go.
I sure would not like to meet this visitor face to face
I have a feeling he would not be very friendly.

wow, that is an amazing visitor to have but I agree, not one to meet face to face. Were you aware you had bears in the woods?

I definitely would not like to meet up with him!!
I hope removing the water and food that it will go elsewhere and I imagine you wouldn't be as relaxed now when walking through the woods!

He is incredible Klahanie, but as Sheila says, scary. Keep safe. I hope the hummingbird feeders aren't attracting him.

Lovely to see a black bear so close - from the camera's vantage point! I shouldn't like to meet up with him either!

This reminded me of the time I was trout fishing a woodland stream when I noticed a black bear cub looking at me while it was hiding behind a tree. “Cute” I thought until another thought came into my head that shook me to the bone ... “Where’s Your Mother?”

Your camera has caught a wonderful sight, great to have such creatures living near you but I wouldn't want those in my garden.
