Feel the need to share our walks......

Since getting our dog 2yrs ago, we have found a whole new world. This w.end just past we climbed a small hill called Leckhampton Hill as i wanted to take some photos of the brilliant view and Devils chimney. Along the way we saw so many gorgeous colours and got a bit click happy. Hope you like the few i’ve included.

I need to visit the library for some books on wildlife, we see so many different things.

Yes dogs certainly make you go out Kimmy. Sophie and I walk miles and meet someone new most days. I don't think I'd get quite so much exercise without her. Interesting photgraphs.

the red berries look like woody nightshade so do not eat them. they are very poisonous to us. birds and small mammals can eat them safely though.

You are so right about dogs and exercise, Kimmy! I'm sure I wouldn't walk every day if I didn't have Henry to take out!

Lovely walk - can we come too, please? :-)

Thanks for sharing your walk, lovely photos. What an unusual fungi that one is that SBG says is called Jews ears. Never seen them before!

this fungus is common on elder and alder Pottygardener. My hubby likes them but i'm not keen on the texture. they feel very rubbery when you pick them. taste ok i suppose.

They look rubbery SBG, think I'd rather look at them than eat them too! Thanks for the info. :o)
