5 Days Aways !

Came home on Friday after 5 lovely days in Broad Haven Pembrokeshire enjoyed walking the beaches and coastal paths we had a flat on the sea front and seen some wonderful sunsets , but oh my the joy at seeing my garden springing to life after the terrible weather my mish mash was full to bursting , poppies were opening, sweet peas growing away ,heucheras had flowers on them it was wonderful , so spent today tidying around just watered the pots so took a few pics of my low maintenance garden ,and some of the sky last night, the holiday pics show the lovely beach in front of the flat and a wonderful sunset over Broad Haven there are some on the coastal path and a pic of Newgale Beach which was brilliant and almost deserted . but its so nice to be home. thanks for looking you know I am not the best at picture taking, after a lovely end to a sunny day me and the OH are going to share a pizza some wedges and coleslaw and a lovely glass of red happy days !! oh and the last photo is some trellis which is in the shade and nothing grows there so me and the grand kids have created some outdoor wall art :o))

Ha ha ...great art!! Your garden is certainly springing to life! The coastal pictures are stunning.Wonderful scenery in those parts. We stayed in Tenby last year and did a lot of walking the coastal path. Some breathtaking sights(including the deserted Barafundle(wrong spelling, I'm sure) Bay!

I sometimes think it would be a good idea if Goyers could contact members PM for the address of recommended accommodation. This looks the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

You have a wonderful garden Kidsgran, it all looks fantastic. The clematis on the arch is lovely, and the views on your holiday are beautiful too.

It looks lovely Kidsgran so peaceful, they are good photo's, I hope we get some lovely sunsets when we are on our hols.
Your garden looks great and your view is smashing, I know how it feels to go away from the garden, its always the first on the list of things to check if I have been away, the clematis is a beauty and I do like your artwork..

I get very frustrated when i hear about goyers holidaying only a few miles away from us. Please if you are coming to Pembrokeshire send me a PM - we have a good kettle and with notice might even provide cake! I was in Broad Haven myself last Tuesday morning!

You have a very pretty garden, with great views.

Thank you all for you comments ,Diane feel free to PM me about who we booked with it is good to have recommendations about places ,Steragram just forgot you lived in West Wales you know what its like you read someones profile then often have to go back to see what area they live when they talk about their garden, were you sitting on the front in Broad Haven we enjoyed watching people sitting on the seats enjoying the sea view's when we sat on our balcony , Paul the wall art were the choices of grandchildren they loved it when a parcel arrived from Amazon, our 8 year old grandson chose the cast iron spiders thought they looked like Tarantulas typical boy think he wanted to scare his sister lol.

Thank you Hywel .
Was thinking of you when I saw the sign for Ammanford and the lovely hills around it which I think you can see from your garden .

Yes we were sitting on the beach just round that rocky little headland between Broad and Little Haven. Actually we sat there a bit too long and didn't notice the tide coming in - we had to wade for it!

We found out the tide times and walked to Little Haven every morning it,s a lovely beach you are lucky to live so near by it was deserted most mornings just local,s walking their dogs we walked through the surf foot therapy for the OH to eases his golfer,s feet ! Lol then walked it again in the evening and watched the sun setting from the flat brilliant .
