Some succulents on the rockery.

Took a few pics yesterday evening, the succulents are doing well fortunately. Some have flowered, others finished flowering now.
It’s looking like the exposed side of the rockery favours herbs including lavender, ferns, euonymus varieties, ornamental grasses etc..
The shader side/less sunshine, ferns, hellebore, soleirolia, euonymus varieties, pieris, rhododendron etc..
I appreciate succulents aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

You have a very attractive mix there - things flourish when they are the sort of ground they were designed for! I tried putting some on a south facing dry bank but they hated it - I think it was too dry even for them! l love the one with red leaves and frilly edges! |And the colour contrasts are just right don't you think?

Thanks kindly, Sue, pleased you like. They do seem to do fairly well, even in winter. I think I'm just fortunate!
The one you like, there are many rosettes on this particular batch. I'm pleased with the variety of colours and shapes.

Thank you, Callie! Very kind of you. Number 5 is a Sempervivum Tectorum. It's very pretty in bloom. More pink in reality. It fades eventually.

Aw thank you, Eileen, I'm pleased you like the selection. I've more, but, I do think many people aren't so keen, so I picked a few out.
Thanks again!

Brilliant close-ups. I'm fascinated by their regularity.
Most gardening seems to be hit-and-miss with plants, even when you feel you're satisying their every whim. (At least, that is my experience!)
