So, this is the sort of a thistle, which has extremely good effects on liver and blood. Its seeds are rich in silymarin, the substance, which is used in infusions or tablets if somebody has toxic injury of the liver (food poisoning, infectious mononucleosis, alcoholic liver), chemotherapy.

Because of its strong detoxication properties, it is also called “Bailey of the Virgin Mary”.
I used to take it for several weeks long time ago and I noticed, I was very fresh, I even didn´t have to drink so many coffees during the day and I need to sleep only few hours. So be careful – do not take the pills with this substance before you go to sleep.
It is morning herb.
