No, blue ones depend much on the type of the soil and/or require special fertiliser. I could, but do not have so much time, lol. I think I have one bush, which should be blue Hortensia, but this year it didn´t bloom.
Hydrangeas are the best flowers for summer garden - they have very long period of blooming and are hilarious in their flowers show. Of course, if one has some shady areas and the summer is not too hot.
