Alien in my trousers

I went in peace to my garden. As each Friday. Friend of mine cut the grass early in the afternoon, so I came in the evening to hay rake. Hay smelled nice as we have dry sunny weather for several weeks.
That is not good. Plants need water.
Then I cut few peonies and brought them to the cemetery. While driving to the cemetery I noticed strange movement on my belly. Just nerves, I thought.
Switched off the engine. Took flowers from the front seat and water can out from the car. Walking slowly to the cemetery gate. Then, just from a sudden I realised strange, gentle, fast movement of something creeping, spreading across my right thigh. Sensation stopped and then again. Something was sliding quickly under the belly on the other side, to the left hip and then down the leg and then up.
Nerves? I looked at my left leg and screamed!!!
Under my jogging trousers there was something long moving fastly and as it moved, it was raising my trousers there.
Help!!!!! I ragged it with fingers and squeeeeezed while pulling trouser quickly from me. In a second I was standing there, almost half naked, on the cemetery road.
Thanks God…
It was not snake. It was just lizard. Demolished and half suffocated.
Tommorrow village people will be gossiping on a middle aged Katarina who is getting crazy and makes morbid striptease on the cemetery….

Ladies and gentlemen@ As I see, this blog aroused you all. Big laughters or prurient thoughts. Writing is good sometimes to disclose what is in people.
Have a fun! :)))

The Indian Gray Mongoose and others are well known for their ability to fight and kill venomous snakes, particularly cobras. They are adept at such tasks due to their agility, thick coat, and evolved acetylcholine receptors, which render them resistant or immune to snake venom.[8] They typically avoid the cobra and have no particular affinity for consuming its meat.[9]

Coppied off Wikki for you Katarina.

Just for refreshment - today in our cellar I saw a snake, which was sliding along - without head. In a first moment I thought I am drunk, then I realised why our cat is watching it so calmly from a distance. Russians call this sort of gaze "Eto nashe delo" (My work).
