Hi all,i just thought i would show you what the postman brought for me today..

posted yesterday, so they got here quick..3 hostas all wrapped up nice & snug.

potted up for winter & in the greenhouse 10 mins after they arrived..

Thank you so much..Shirley Tulip..they will be well looked after..:o))

Hooray for the Postal Service yet again! I sent these off yesterday at 8.30am so that's brilliant ... glad to see you've potted them up already Joan ... hope they grow well for you ... :o)))

You are not alone. The postman came to my house too. The only difference he only brought me utility bills and lots of them.

Maybe the postman delivered the packet the right way up, but have you ever seen how the packets get handled in the sorting bays?, a few years ago part of my job training was to go to a packet sorting place, it amazes me that any packets are delivered in one piece after seeing that !.

It is becoming my 'trademark' on parcels now ... the lady in our Post Office laughs each time I send a package and goes to great lengths to keep them upright! .. She and I both know they are thrown into the parcel sack without a care ... lol! :o)))
