Hi everyone
As promised here is the next photo after a day of digging. I think I’ve got the layout how I want it just need to slope the sides a bit but rain stopped play again, poor forecast for the week ahead as well so don’t know how much I’ll get done during the week. I’ve gone down 650mm with shelves 200mm down, I need to go down a little bit more on the right which is going to be a pebble beach, the area on the left will be for a waterfall, I’m on the look out for suitable edging, there’s a place near where I live selling lomond boulders 300mm x 200mm I’m not sure if they might be too big for the size of pond I have but I’ll take a look and see what I think once I’ve seen them.

Lookin' good, Jim. It must have been hard digging so far down...sure hope the sun shines this week so you can carry on with your pond....rain, rain, go away, Jim can't stop play! Hope you can source the stones you want for your pond.

My sister in law came round this afternoon, seen the hole and said she was going to ring my wife everyday next week to make sure she is ok. LOL
