Hi everyone just thought i would say Hello well counting down time now till I start my college course i am so excited i feel like a child with the obvious nerves and little worries but cant wait to get started. My family and I have just had a 5 day camping trip and I thought I would feel all rested but no i was very weiry but had such alot of fun with the usual Cricket , football and long walks with the dog and daughters, their boyfriends and of couse my brill hubby. Cooking time was a pain but fortunately only a couple of cooked breckfasts and bar-bs to worry about .There were midnight walks every evening by a very old church Spooky but all good fun. Upon our return we strolled into my paradise and found that the pond had emptied itself two thirds of the way. We were devistated as we love our pond and all our fish. After some investigating we found that the waterfall was leaking badly. At least we found the problem quickly but alas we have had to take the waterfull out until we have time to rebuild it.The garden sems to have such a sad feel about it a the moment, that probably sounds rediculous, the birds used to love to bath in the waterfull and frogs used to bake in the sunshine . Never mind we will get it back to beautiful in time. I am also clearing out the greenhouse and am going to start on lots of seedlings. Wish me luck.

Best of luck Jewells and I do hope you get your pond and waterfall sorted, I think that is why it may feel sad in the garden as moving water makes a garden feel more alive.

What a shame about your waterfall Jewells. I hope you are able to get it fixed up again soon. Sounds like you had a great time on your camping trip. Good luck with your seedlings and your course. It's not easy going back to school but well worth doing. Best wishes for a successful year.

I know how you feel I love my pond life and would be really upset if it was harmed. But take heart your pond life will get back to normal as it is all do resilient..
