THE LITTLE CHRISTMAS TREE.

i was going to buy. a rooted christmas tree

So that every year
it would be ready for me.

But down our local plant shop
they had only ones with no roots
And that was no good to me
like going out without your boots…

there hard to get
this year
is what the lady said.
oh dear , i wanted one
like you had last year.
in a small pot i said………..

it will have to be my usual tree
an artificial one.
just as the lady said
hold on i have a really tiny one.
we went outside the shop
and there was this tiny tree

it was only 14ins high
very small youll agree.
but i fell in love with it.
And took it home with me.
now the tiny tree was only £3
A bargain youll agree
and i can use it every year.
it is really lovely.

im going to repot it up
after christmas time
and put it in the garden
where i hope that it will find
the time to grow nicely
ready for next year.

i love my little christmas tree
it brings me full of cheer.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL ON G.O. Y……….
