Nassau Winery was another recent trip we made…it is the first vineyard, winery, and store on one property in the State. Until they lobbied out government here no farm could market and sell their wine right on property, it had to go through a store that was specially regulated and government controlled

The enterprise was started less than two decades ago by a father-daughter team. They bought the land, planted the vineyards, and built their buildings, winery, and wine cellar all the time working with the politics. The results are a beautifully run, well-organized farm and facility. The owners were friendly, outgoing, and informative. They allowed us to walk the land and take pictures of anything we wanted. We loved it! I even bought my son his birthday present there!
