Just a quickie!!!!

And before any one asks – no, I still haven’t mown the lawn. Got up to rain this morning and a clump of stipa arundinacea picta that I swear has grown a foot over night! So the lawn plans are scuppered til the morrow! Yeah, I am sooo upset about not being able to do it (my nose has started to grow like the stipa as I type).

I apologise for not titling the pics, haven’t quite worked that bit out yet. But first pic is of yellow tulips, then there are violas, but I can’t think of their name, grew them from seed. My gorgeous wisteria buds then the pussy cats, Miffy, Maxi who is ancient and Mavis who looks like a Persian but is in fact just a moggy.

Hey ho! Back into the garden to see if maybe the grass has dried out enough to mow this evening – note the “maybe” – my oh my what enthusiasm :D A pile of ironing is preferable, hunched up amid the gravel also more preferable. If I smile sweetly at him indoors……………..

No chance, the plasma screen is stuck to the end of his nose – Chelski and Stoke are playing – and he’s developed sudden onset deafness!!!!!

I brace myself for the inevitable ………………… tomorrow …….. promise!
