New house...new garden!!

Hi all.
I have not been on this site for some time now. I originally was called cosmosjane. I moved house just over a year ago and also lost my Dad during that time so the garden in our new house was not up on my to do list for a while.
Anyway time heals and eventually I felt able to do something in the garden.
The back garden originally only had a few shrubs and trees in the borders and just the square of chippings … very boring!
I put on some pics of my new garden from a few months ago.
Hope you enjoy looking. The fish pond and raised bed at the bottom of the garden were made by my other half! The bust in the last pic was from Dad’s garden.
Jane.

I agree with Lisam. the garden is a lovely place to be and remember your dad. I have many plants that have a direct link to my late mum and dad. I love the bust.

Welcome back Jane, so sorry to hear about your Dad, it takes time to recover and get oneself back on track, you have done wonders in the garden, it looks very attractive with nice areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy your surroundings, I do like the bust and I hope you have now reached the smiling stage when you are admiring it and thinking of your Dad, I planted a Cornus here when I lost my Mum, since then my Dad has also gone, I have a birdbath and other things from their garden, now I think, smile at them and relive the happy times
