Been awake since 5.30am this morning potching abouts doing bits and bobs. The wildlife around here wakes me up with my early morning alarm call lol… maybe take a trip to local garden centre over the weekend to see if I can find outdoor palm trees up till now have had no such luck yet..

I can’t wait to have my gardener to start on Wednesday hopefully between him and Nico they might just get the weeds out LOL that’s if its not too cold for his Highness as when it comes to the cold he just hates it lol……..

Slowly and surely getting ideas in mind as to how this project will transform into but remain hopefull that no major mishaps awaits…….

It's a wonderful time of day Gina, time to contemplate your activities for the day. The birds are starting to become more vocal now. The problem with most of us is that thesedays we tend to have double glazing which cuts out most of the song. Hope you get shut of your weeds.

Hi very true about the birds being more vocal Nico tends to be the who religiously goes out when he awakes and feeds them 1st he calls them his little babies lol

The weeds will hopefully be rid of soon Nico says to cut them down n place weedkillers but I'm not sure about that. Hope you have a nice weekend

The best way to get rid of weeds is to dig then out but if you want to use weed killer you really should use a systemic one but wait until fresh growth appears.

I'd imagine that your GC won't yet have new stock in - it's a bit too early. Ours have very empty shelves at the moment! Under the shelter, of course, they have bright and cheerful winter bedding plants and bulbs in pots galore - but not a lot otherwise.

I hope you get what you want!
