I'm not sure if it's easy from seed. Most people just buy them at the nurseries or take cuttings. Cuttings are extremely easy to propagate from this vine.

You have lots of land to plant one. This vine can grow to more than 200ft/62m. There's one close to downtown San Diego, in a private garden which has taken over the whole garden plus the neighbor's yard. It's incredible!
