Persicaria effinis

Sid

By Sid

Persicaria effinis (Persicaria effinis (Bistort))

A tough cookie that is incredibly attractive to bees - they jostle each other to get at these flowers! Flowers in early summer and tolerates some shade.

I've never seen a picture of this variety before, love the light pink blooms, I've only seen the darker pink blooming variety.
