My Golden Shrimp plant is blooming right now. Photo taken Nov. 25, 2013.

No, it grows in full sun. I have it in a pot; however, I used to have many growing in the planter (for many years) on the side of my house. I got so tired of the snails in winter eating all the leaves I pulled them all out and put this one in a pot.
