Does the Spectabilis eat flies?

It does. I suppose a couple in the kitchen might be good!

Jeez..Stop it Meanie I have Nepenthes lowii now on watch list and Nepenthes burkei.

Hampshire carnivorous bookmarked. I am also thinking of converting that window in to a mini tropical house complete with running waterfall and mister....I found the plans in an old victorian book a few years ago.

Gotcha!!
If my offer is accepted the cellar in my new house will be turned into a grow room......

It is an illness Meanie.

When I gave up my garden and moved here to a terraced back yard I thought Plants were over with but it is just a different challenge...in fact it I think about them more now. You are gonna get raided with your own "grow room"

13 Nov, 2011

So the yard is pretty sheltered? Lots of potential if so..........

There's every chance of a raid I reckon! Especially as the lighting will be running at night (off peak leccy) and not during the day. As there's no front garden it won't be long before some busybody calls the boys in blue!
