This species hasn't been named yet. It's a palm which is native to Queensland, Australia...and like many Australian plants loves the California climate. Photo taken March 1, 2011 at San Diego Botanical Gardens.

Many Livistona species look very similar. This one posted looks very so closely to Livistona drudei, which I'll post a pic soon.
