Adiantum tanerum - Maiden Hair Fern

Adiantum tanerum - Maiden Hair Fern (adiantum tanerum (Maiden Hair Fern))

My maiden hair fern is doing very well now. It was under my shade structure where it didn’t get any of the tons of rain in January and February and it completely dried up. This is all new growth since early March. Photo taken May 5, 2023

Janey,

Thank you 🙏!

I’m Andy, not Stan. Lol. Stan lives in Northern California, I live in San Diego in Southern California.

It died back around three years ago when I forgot to water it in summer. It came back quickly. Ferns need tons of water here.

This maiden hair fern popped up (by itself) in one of my plants about 10 to 12 years ago.
