Mourning Dove and Juncos

We received about a foot of new snow last night, and it is snowing again. Birds and squirrels are digging in the snow at the bird feeders trying to find food.

the juncos are back in my garden too... our snow has mostly gone (touching wood) and I found that the deep snow has been a boon for our little rodent friends... and the bunnies were so deprived that they started eating the bark on my crabapple...so seeing your lovely tree so deep in snow gave me the thought that perhaps you could supplement their diet with bird food so that they will spare your trees and shrubs!!!good luck.
