These variety yes they do. we have 2 types: Sultany + Muhamady. I don't know the botanical name of it. This will grow green and well untill summer. There will be few roses here and there but they will not last long. When winter approaches the whole plant is covered with roses and they stay for sometime. They are very fragrant as well =)
This one is about 4 feet tall.

Not seen these varieties here. They are probably bred for your climate rather than our wet summers : 0)
