They've been flowering for weeks, Pp! They are from last year. I can't believe it.

Another great combo........

I really like this geranium, I only got it a few weeks ago. I shall look out for another one and see if it comes in other colours, too. Its habit is to sprawl and spread, so weaving in and out of other plants is definitely MY kind of geranium!!!

very nice Spritz, i do love the Ophiopogon in there looks stunning, not what you expect in a cottage garden, but i think really works!

??? Really??? Not Ophiopogon?

no i think it's more of a modern/contempory plant myself, maybe just because that is how i have seen it used - we have lots of thoughs sorts of gardens around here, a lot of Romford has very small front gardens particually its a very popular style you know the sort with lots of steel usually with water running down, beach pebbles or bark and few plants but very stuctual,,,definately a corderline and a phormium, maybe even a fatsia and a bamboo but they always have a group of 3 of these at the front somewhere...lol personally not a fan of that style, but that is what i associate black grass with, but i really like the way you have used it here, it was a complement Spritz :D

Thanks for the compliment. :-)

I do see what you mean. Angie, but I wanted to make a 'cameo' last year with pale orange, darker orange and black - so I did! I liked it. Of course, the other plants were temporary but the Ophiopogon has stayed and I've added more.

I also added some bright orange annual Dahlias today! Take a look and see what you think! ???Cottage garden???
