Thanks Vincentdunne. I have just looked in my book of shrubs and I really can't make my mind up. The Viburnun and the Deutzia seem very similar in the pictures especially the leaves, but you are probably more experienced than I am. Is there a difference between the two?

Although Viburnums are very variable depending on species, there are almost no pink ones (nearly all white). If you google Deutzia 'Mont Rose', I think you will see the similarity.
