Trailing patio rose

This is my lovely little red trailing patio rose. She is growing in a large concrete container. She is fed with rose feed and sprayed occasionally with anti-fungal and she's doing well despite being in full sun here. She's underplanted in the container with little clove-scented pinks and the two complement each other very nicely. But there's something odd going on here - see next pic.
