Coleus Canina ' Scardy Cat '

Yes that is very odd looking similar to a lavender bud without the lavender...if you see what I mean...Lol!

It's kept the cats off this bed Janey , they go to a different part of the garden now , you can't win ...LOL...

I have heard of this plant before the bud is quite unusual!

This looks very interesting, although I am a cat lover, I do not like cats using our garden as a litter tray, so would be interested to know if this works.

Got our first frost last night - and heavy, too! By the time I reached the car at 5.45 this morning, and got the central locking remote to actually unlock the car, felt like I had been slapped hard around the face, lol!! Worse, had left my jacket in the car overnight and it was almost frozen stiff, lol!! What a rude awakening!! Sudden plummet from night temps of 10-12, to -2. Should have known better by now, though, than to expect anything else.

They have definitely steered clear of this small border Dd , I'm amazed at how big these plants have grown I bought 2 plants and they must be at least 2ft across , I didn't expect that !

Sorry David , I shouldn't laugh ..LOL... poor you ,I do hate putting anything on that's cold , remember to take your Jacket in with you tonight , it was -2 here last night , ...jobs for today -- must go round protecting all the plants , we don't want a repeat of last year .. ......
