Raised beds in creation of new veg area.

Visited Harlow Carr at Harrogate 7.3.09, it was a lovely bright day, but extremely cold. It was supposed to be a Grow Your Own Veg day, but unfortunately the original veg beds have been cleared to make room for a new Visitors Centre, the new ones are still in the proccess of creation.
