The picture just doesn't do justice to it. This orange colour has such kind of a golden, soft, silky look that i can't describe. You have to see it yourself.
I'm happy i wanted to try other colours than pink and red and don't regret a minute having bought this one. It has become my favourite, along with Apple Blossom :-).

Hi GT, i wish you could see this beauty in person! The colour is in a word: incredible. I insist that the picture doesn't do justice to it. The colour is so deep and silky looking with a superb golden glow! Words like luminous and radiant come to my mind.... I can really recommend this one to all amaryllis lovers on GOY :-).

MMM..nice photo, Holantina. Naranja looks a lot like Bouquet.... I think I know what you are referring to;~ the "silky, golden" highlights...it looks like a warm irridescence... just gorgeous...I tried to photograph Bouquet's highlights too, but it just didn't photograph...alas...need some specialized lighting.
