Dahlias
Genus: Dahlia.
Species: Dahlia Pinnata.
A little fussier than I usually like but they're so pretty! That is, until I plant them in my garden and within the night, they are reduced to chewed stalks. I've left the unsightly lumps in their spot, hoping the plants themselves will regenerate next year and perhaps I'll have worked out the best method for prevention of slug/snail attack by then!
