Helleborus Foetidus
Green flowers over divided evergreen foliage. Flowers Dec- April in semi-shade. Ht 50-75cm. Prune in May after flowering. Fully hardy.
This is a British native plant. It grows well here. It will spread by seed, so remember to remove the spent flower stems down to their base in late spring. This one is in the shade garden, under the tree beside the turf seat.
