Galanthus Elwessi outside view 7.4.12
Says on the label suitable for the terrace to -5deg. so not guaranteed to be frost hardy here in my garden will need to be put in a pot and kept in the alpine house (which is not ready yet) but can be outside until then. Bought as a pot of growing bulbs 7.4.12 from Rocky Mountain Nursery £1.50. It had a stuck on label saying G nivalis but a plastic label on a stick saying G. Elwessi. Note the green marking on the inner petals and the outer petals are large in comparison to the inner petals.
