Species: Clematis Doctor Ruppel.
Doctor Ruppel' produces striking single flowers, 10-15cm (4-6in) across, that are deep rose-pink with darker central bars and light chocolate anthers.
Main flush in late spring and early summer.
Full sun/Partial shade
To prune, remove any dead or weak stems in late winter or early spring and cut remaining stems back to the highest pair of strong-growing buds.
