This Magnolia is growing in my Front Garden in N.E. London, it is about 80 years old, and 50 feet high, it blooms from June until late Autumn and the
Blooms are 12 inches in diameter. When I bought the House 59 years ago, it was about 4 feet Tall, since it is very close to the Wall I was very worried about it causing subsidence, but as it is surface rooting, there has not been a problem. It is native to Southern United States, hence the common name "Magnolia Southern"
