Leonotis 'Staircase'
Genus: Leonotis.
Species: Leonotis leonurus.
Just found the seeds of this in my seedbox this year, grew a few years ago, supposed to be half hardy but didn't survive the winter here, still grown some more this year and just planted out in long left hand border near cardoon.
Grows to around 6ft tall with whorls of orange flowers along tall stems, looks a bit like a nettle at first,love it.
