Hebe Dark purple
Genus: Hebe.
Species: Hebe.
Don't know the name of this one either, has green leaves tinged with purple and dark purple flowers, grows to around 3ft,very pretty.
Sloping border near pond and another I grew from cutting in bed at side of drive.
