Aquilegia: Black barlow.....(Granny's Bonnet)

Attractive fern-like, bright green leaves. Easy to grow. In Spring, double, deep purple flowers face skywards creating a stunning floral display.

For Best Results: Plant in groups for an eyecatching effect and remove dead flowers to encourage new growth.

Prefers well drained soil in full sun or part shade.

Great for borders, containers, shady areas or cut flowers.

Up to 45cm tall and 30cm across.

TIP: Cut leaves to ground level in Autumn to encourage strong, fresh growth the following year.

Dies back in Winter but grows and flowers year after year.

Drought tolerant once established.
