Genus: Phoenix.
Species: Phoenix canariensis.
I have 8 of these from Focus in lovely blue pots I got from Homebase. They will be used to make my street and south facing front garden into a lush yet somewhat secluded oasis. Plan to move them into either conservatory or garage in winter to harden them off before I finally plant them out in 1 or 2 years time. Had 2 plants go completely brown after being left out over winter although I kept them and beginning to see some green come through. They are going to sit on my patio for now.
